Give Your Skin a New Life with Papaya

Papaya fruit is a significant source of vitamin C and folate. Papaya skin, pulp and seeds also contain a variety of phytochemicals, including carotenoids and polyphenols

Papaya can be extremely good when you desire for a healthy looking youthful glow. Papaya Face Packs for different skin types.

 

1. Papaya Face Pack for  any skin type:

 

Step 1: Take a ripe papaya and cut it into small pieces.

 

Step 2: Add a teaspoon of sandalwood powder to it. You can also use fuller’s earth (multani mitti). It absorbs the excess oil from the skin making it soft and supple.

 

Step 3: To this add 1 teaspoon of honey. Honey is a natural moisturizer and will also hydrate the skin. It also reduces the blemishes on the skin.

 

Step 4: Mix all of them to get a paste consistency.

 

Step 5: Apply it all over your face and neck.

 

Step 6: Keep it for 20 minutes and rinse with cool water.

 

This also acts as a skin firming and anti ageing face pack.

 

2. Papaya Face Pack for dry skin:

 

Step 1: Take a ripe papaya and chop it into small pieces

 

Step 2: Add 2 teaspoon of raw whole milk. The milk should be cold as it will help to close the pores. You can also use a bit of heavy cream (malai).

 

Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon of honey into this face pack and mix properly to obtain a fine paste.

 

Step 4: Apply this pack all over your face and neck. Keep it for about 15 minutes and rinse off with cool water. You will instantly feel the difference as your face would feel very soft and smooth.

 

3. Papaya Face Pack for oily skin:

 

Step 1: Chop a few pieces of a ripe papaya.

 

Step 2: Squeeze out the juice of 5-6 pieces of an orange and add to the papaya pieces.

 

Step 3: Mix it well and apply onto your face.

 

Step 4:  Keep it for 15 minutes and rinse it off with water.

 

4. Papaya Face Pack For skin brightening:

 

Step 1: Take a few pieces of a ripe papaya.

 

Step 2: To this add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.

 

Step 3: Then add 1 teaspoon of honey to it and make a smooth paste.

 

Step 4: Apply this on your face and keep it for 10 minutes.

 

Step 5: Rinse it off with water.
