A. Follow a proper skin routine

The combination of honey with lemon also acts as anti-aging element, apply the paste for 15 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.

Coconut is very good for our skin as it makes it glow and hydrates it. With its rich anti – oxidant properties it helps in rejuvenating skin to give it a younger look and soft feel. Squeeze coconut milk out of grated coconut, dab cotton and apply on your skin, leave for 15 to 20 minutes before washing off. It can also be used with lemon juice to bring smoothness and radiance to skin. The mixture of grated coconut along with lemon juice can also be used as exfoliate which aids in removing dead skin, improves blood circulation and act as anti – aging therapy.

It is rich in Vitamin A and for its immense benefits to your body it should be consumed regularly. A yoghurt pack can greatly contribute to younger looking skin. Make a paste by mixing honey and yoghurt, apply it for 20 -25 minutes and wash off with plain water. Yoghurt also helps in reducing wrinkles by increased production of collagen and elastin.
F. Rose Water
It gives a refreshing effect to our skin and rejuvenates tired and dull skin. It helps in skin soothing through increase blood circulation which in turn helps in reducing skin age. It should be regularly applied in combination with glycerine for soft, smooth and younger looking skin. Apply the mixture all over your face while going to bed and leave on. Its regular use will give you positive result.
