The Sri Lankan Beauty has undoubtedly one of the hottest body in industry and has charmed everyone with her impeccable flawless glowing skin. Be it her well toned abs that she flaunts with vigour or her supple skin, it does take a lot for her to keep herself that way. In one of her interviews the Chittiyaan Kalaiyaa actress said that she is not one of those who is blessed with perfect sculpted abs but it takes immense dedication and hard work to be what she is now and to maintain the same. This appealing and stunning actress has climbed the ladder of success in short span of time. She won Miss Sri Lanka in 2006 and from then onwards there was no turning back and her stint with Bollywood started from Aladdin starring Amitabh Bachhan and Ritesh Deshmukh. So the secret behind her perfectly toned body and flawless skin are revealed.

FITNESS REGIME

From quite some time Videos of Jacqueline Fernandez exercising and performing high level Pilates are doing the rounds of computer. It itself proves how dedicated she is to her exercise routine and how effortlessly she can perform full split. She believes in hardcore exercise that helps in building core and tones her body perfectly. Her workout regime combines cardio, pilates, martial arts, strength training and yoga.

Jacqueline Fernandez is now the global ambassador for the fitness and sport brand Puma says her body loves Pilates and she can wear it as her own skin. She also is an adherent follower of yoga. She completely believes in fitness and doesn’t miss out on it. Even while she is travelling she ensures she book a session of workout. She wakes up at 7am in the morning and after a cup of green tea, she works out for an hour. If she has ample time she includes two sessions of workout. She not only can do the perfect split but is also known to do the perfect headstand. She practises yoga for 5 days a week and starts from Surya Namaskar. She includes many breathing exercise forms like Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati etc. She also engages herself in regular swimming session and takes time for meditation for relaxing.

DIET

Jacqueline believes that a healthy diet is very important for your body along with regular exercise. She tried many different forms of crash diets at start of her career like Macrobiotic diet or Atkins Diet Plan but none of it worked well. This led her to adopt a healthy diet plan. She doesn’t take food that is high in sodium concentration as it makes her look bloated due to its water retention power. She keeps total abstinence from sugar and takes right portion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

She takes a cup of green tea every morning and takes a diet that is rich in vegetables, fruits, brown rice, oatmeal, soup, salad but keeps a distance from caffeine. She keeps a diet also rich in omega 3 fatty acid and takes in lot of nuts, fishes like salmon that helps in keeping the unfading glossy glow on her face intact.

She advises one to include potassium in diet due to its ability to hold adequate water level in our body and it may include anything from oats,avocados, fish, tomatoes etc. She also takes a diet that is rich in Vitamin B12 which includes items like cashews, yoghurt, eggs, oats, peanut butter, banana etc. She includes lots of calcium rich food like chia seeds, broccoli, leafy vegetables etc. She takes mixed portion of carbohydrates, proteins and vegetables. She carries home made nutri balls which are mixture of dry fruits and seeds and pops in whenever she gets hunger pangs.

OTHERS

Her flawless not only comes from her diet but also her care for it strictly. To keep herself hydrated she takes in lot of waters and coconut milk. She also sprinkles rose water at regular intervals to keep her skin fresh. She never goes off to sleep without following a strict face cleanup regime. She takes care of her hair, skin and her body in the most balanced way which brings in front of people the ever gorgeous and beautiful actress.
