Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of tea of your choice, for instance, Jasmine Green, Ginger Lemon, or Rooibos Chai
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • Honey or agave syrup to taste

How to Boil Water:

Heat water in your kettle to the desired temperature for the type of tea you are brewing: around 200°F for black teas, 175°F for green teas, and 212°F for herbal teas.

Steep Tea,

Place your tea bag into your mug. Add hot water to the brim. Steep according to the length of time suggested for that tea:

  • Tea Type: Steeping Time
  • Black Tea: 3-5 minutes
  • Green Tea: 2-3 min
  • Herbal Tea: 5-7 minutes

Add honey, or agave syrup to taste if you want to while the tea is warm.
